EM31AX is designed for applications requiring advanced device control with synchronized audio output. The
maximum cycle time is 8.5 minutes. Within this period, the audio and the relay can be independently activated multiple times in any order at any time. The minimum event timing resoluton is 1/8 second which is far superior than
what other products offer (typically 1/4 second or less.)
Through the Teach-n-LearnTM technology, the animation sequence (also called event timing) can be easily programmed into the system by pressing some buttons on the unit. Just manually perform the event sequence in real time once for the system to learn. No computer or software is required to program or operated the unit.
The system uses a standard CompactFlash card (up to 2 GB) for storing sound files. Although the unit has only one trigger input, it is possible to play multiple files in a sequential manner. For example, if the audio is
triggered multiple times during the same cycle, each trigger can activate a different sound file.
Housed in a rugged metal enclosure with the flash card fully enclosed, EM31AX is a quality product designed to provide
years of reliable service with no required maintenance. The unit can be mounted on the wall with supplied mounting brackets, or simply placed on a flat surface. Wiring is made easy thanks to the two-piece terminal block, as no
special connectors are required.
